Same thing happened to me this summer. Hose and valve are crimped together. I think it was 40 bucks from eEuro.
The thing is a pain to disconnect from under the intake manifold. When you get the new part, note that there is an oval white ring inside the end that mounts on the engine. That is the retaining clip that fits over a raised lip on the engine, installing it is easy, push on and the clip expands over the lip. Taking the old part is awkward, as there is no room or angle to get your hands in there to press on the white oval tabs to expand the ring and release the pipe.
Use a small needle nose vice grip or pliers to compress the white clip where it is visible at the end of the plastic pipe, at 12 and six o'clock on the pipe. You don't need a lot of pressure, the pliers just lets you get the angle. Compress the tabs and pull back towards the firewall. The old pipe will probably break as you try to snake it out of manifold, the new one is slightly flexible.
Take a photo with your phone first before starting to get the routing right. Once you have it in position, just push the plastic pipe on. Rubber hose to throttle body is easy.
Hope this helps.
