I just did mine a couple of months ago.. but that was a 2001 4cyl manual...
it's tight down there.. In my case, I had to remove the fan assembly, which was tight.. to get both in and out.. And they tell you, wisely, to connect the lower radiator hose to the radiator, before you try putting the new radiator back in.. otherwise, it's near impossible to get at it.. not sure if the V6 is similar?
Definitely replace the 2 hoses while you're at it..
I would say allow 4 hrs .. factoring in its your first time, flushing the system, cleanup, etc...
