Which part? The outer part that mounts to the fender? Or the inner part that mounts to the trunk/hatch? And sedan or wagon??
Outer part, I'd have to look at my sedans again and compare, but I think the sheet metal is the same- but I've never looked at the circuit boards inside to compare them.
Inner part, on the sedan, I believe the trunk lid is different, so no. Also, the 2008 only has 1 reverse light, not 2, so you'd have to do some rewiring, or you'd be lighting up the rear fog light which will glow red instead of white.
