I replaced all three. The big one at the front of the arm pressed right in in a few seconds with a small hydraulic press. The two small ones by the hub are the ones that I drove in with a small sledgehammer. The large one has so much rubber on it that I think it would be extremely difficult to press in using the threaded rod and nut method, if that's even possible. I used a press with a large steel plate on top that spread the force across the entire surface of the bushing.
