Our 2002 9-5 linear (2.3L) has done this for a year or so but its getting worse and annoying the heck out of me- on a cold start in all weather (first start of the day)the car car turns over and fires normally but then a second or two later briefly stumbles like its about to die, flares back up and runs perfectly after that. The stumble appears to coincide with the restoration of power to the accessory circuits after the car starts. Starts normally on a hot start. Stumble is getting more pronounced so somethings failing. Fairly new DIC and fuel pump.

If its electrical and a response to the cross over from starting circuit to normal running circuit it seems like it could be a lot of things. Bad battery ground? Ignition switch? CPS? electrical connection to DIC? Or it could be related to fuel cold start mixture or fuel pump since it doesn't do this on a warm start? Otherwise the car runs beautifully so maybe I shouldn't complain. Hoping someone else has experienced this.
