87 is normally not an issue on these, at all. But the fuel carried over in the tank may be old/a summer blend. You could add some Seafoam and refill the tank, run it out of there and then refill again and if it is still rough, then you can be somewhat sure it isn't the fuel.
Yeah, not a mistake to replace that small emissions hose. But normally if bad it'll trigger a P1110. New plugs with a correct gas not a bad idea but if the old plugs are clean and low mileage, just regap them.
What you could do is accumulate one each of the various "culprit" parts and if the problem persists after new tankfuls and "fixed" plus and replaced hoses, have on hand a new Ignition Cassette, Crankshaft Position Sensor, Air Mass Meter, and Throttle Body. Or inspect the Cassette for cracks inside. You can also clean the Meter and the Body.
