Pure guess here I’d point to fuel pressure regulator which would be visible by hitting the pressure release valve. No fuel spray it’s bad, fuel spray it’s good. Diagnosing a bad throttle body is while the car is at any speed engage the cruse control. After 5 to 30 seconds the car will start loosing speed. 1 mph pr 3 to 10 seconds and will continue to loose speed until 5 mph are lost then the car will go into a full on boost and launch you back to set cruise speed. If you experience this your throttle body is garbage get a new one.
