There's a plate under the hood of your car that lists the suspension codes. FH doesn't seem to be a valid code, so there should be a different one. If you Google "Saab 9-5 suspension codes", you'll find some posts elsewhere that list how to read that plate, and what position the rear spring code is on there. From there, you can find your proper spring part number on eSaabparts or Thesaabsite. Only Saab uses those codes. No one selling aftermarket springs is going to use that.
All of that being said, why are you replacing your rear springs? If it's because they're sagging, don't waste your money. New springs will sag, too, and sometimes they're short right out of the box. Spacers, which are available on eBay in several different thicknesses, and for a couple of different brands of shock absorbers, are a much better solution. Your existing springs shouldn't sag anymore than they already have.
