A few more details, please. Is this all the time, driving down the road squeaking, or only when steering wheel is turned (binding plastic noise), or when on/off the throttle ? Does the noise come from way under the dash, or up closer to the driver's knees ? Squeak, rattle, clunk or "mixed"?
There's the common problem with dried out grease / wrong grease on the steering column splines, but that is usually more a clunk starting and stopping. Cleaning an applying a good red sticky grease has solved that for me. There are issues car-by-car with plastic trim binding when the wheel is turned.
Hunting noises is hard. If it is bothersome enough, try isolating by car on / car off, car moving or stationary, bumpy road only or all roads, curves to one side only, etc. If it is subtle, but really bugs you and it's hard to hear, try front of car on jack stands with the front wheels removed and the car NOT running. Once you can see what rubs / makes the noise, then you have a chance to fix the cause.
Sorry no real answer, but hopefully ideas on decision tree of what to try while you inspect everything.
