Sounds like a pretty comprehensive suspension refresh. Did it include new strut bearings and/or strut mounts? If it can be made to happen while stopped, maybe a helper can turn the steering wheel while you feel the strut tower. You might also inspect how well the left spring is 'nested' into the strut spring perch (an issue I had once on a different brand vehicle).
I know you're a regular contributor and familiar with these cars, so you probably ruled out dried-out grease on the steering column spline joint as a possible culprit ? I doubt it would seem "left", but the dried out spline joint on my wife's Odyssey van did seem to be suspension / steering rack related and on the left side. I was surprised when re-greasing the steering column spline joint cured that issue. I have needed to re-grease the steering splines on one of the two 2006 9-5's I maintain - the other one has not had any issue so far. Odometer readings on those are both in the 145k to 150K mile range.
Let us know what you find.
