The upper idler pulley and belt are the only things I can think of. The upper idler pulley generally doesn't last much past 50,000 miles, but the belt should be good for twice that. I'd only replace the belt if it shows cracking or oil contamination, but I keep a spare pulley around since they go out so frequently and I have three Saabs that all use the same part.
Rebuilt alternators tend to be rebuilt with cheaper bearings and voltage regulators, so if your alternator is otherwise working well, sometimes it's best to just replace the faulty part. A new factory Bosch voltage regulator costs about the same as a rebuilt alternator, and a new front bearing costs nearly half the price of a rebuilt alternator, so they're obviously cheaping out somewhere. The bearings are typically what go first on the rebuilds, though.
