Sure looks like the compressor is not pumping if those are pressures with the clutch engaged. (I don't think it has a computer-operated control valve, if it did you'd need to check its operation.)
If you replace the compressor you should also replace the condenser as well as the drier and expansion valve. (You'll probably find that's required for the warranty.) Flush out the lines and evaporator. When compressors fail they will contaminate the AC system with debris which needs to be removed, and parallel-flow condensers cannot be reliably flushed out.
It's best to install a new compressor rather than a rebuilt one.That latter don't tend to be very good. (For what it's worth I installed a UAC brand compressor in my '97 9000 and it's been fine for about a decade now.)
