A quick search on the part number for the housing (which includes the thermostat) yielded the link below. That link indicates its a 92 Centigrade thermostat which is roughly 198 F. I’m not endorsing the vendor over any site sponsor; they just had the info readily on their site. Given the ordeal involved in getting to the thermostat on the V6, I would strongly suggest getting Genuine Saab or OEM; you don’t want to do it twice.
