The part with the red insert is no 55557389. Cost around 13 dollars; however, ive never seen instructions for removing the old one. I have seen a post by owners who use a very small pick to remove the old o-ring and then reinsert a new o-ring from the new assembly very carefully inside the red piece in the old one.
The vacuum pipe is removed by pushing the red ring in toward the manifold and that releases the internal tension making the seal.
In the photo, you'll note my pipe is at an angle. A neighbor leaned on it and it broke. I have a new pipe, but have not yet replaced mine.
