Seems Hedin is our last hope for critical parts to keep our SAABs running. I have used Rock for things like name brand brake pads that I prefer over the OEM, but otherwise I order genuine Saab from one of the sponsors of this site. If Hedin goes away we will be left with cheap knockoff parts and may have to carry half a dozen IDMs in the trunk on a trip to make sure we can keep the Saab running. I don’t care to join the race to the bottom and don’t mind paying a reliable vendor a few bucks more for a quality part. I have emailed Hedin about certain parts and got a quick response from a real human answering my questions. With me being in PA and the warehouse being in NJ, I often get parts the day after I order them even with the free shipping. I just got a brake line shipped free FedEx arriving the day after I ordered it in a huge box because it was so long. What’s not to like?
