I've had three different brands of windshields in my two 9-5s. I originally had both windshields replaced with Pilkington glass, but they both cracked all the way across after a rock ding. One car now has a Fuyao windshield and the other one has an XYG. I honestly can't tell any differences between any of the brands, except that the Fuyao and XYG seem to be somewhat more crack resistant than the Pilkington. All three have black bands around the edges that match the factory windshield, and both the Fuyao and XYG came with a new upper molding. Other than the upper molding, there's nothing else that should need to be replaced. The side moldings are metal and reusable, and the lower molding is part of the cowl.
