In my n==1 experience, the high mount brake light housing cracks where the nuts/screws attach it to the body. Despite trying several things such as homemade new gasket, trying to glue the cracked housing, using lexel silicone sealant to seal the unit to the car, etc., the only thing that ultimately worked was buying an uncracked unit from a junkyard. The junkyard was in Ireland. These are not easy things to find.

It looks like something one should be able to implement with 3d printing, so maybe the folks over at saab3dprint could take a stab? I don't have a 3d printer or expertise in design to pull it off right now, but could maybe talk to a few people.
