My new Aero (2002, US) came with Michelin Tires (17; 225/45 W rating) which are very good for dry and wet weather. I have used Dunlop SP9000 17, 225/45 on my previous car (97, 900 SET). My impression is that the Michelin tires on the Aero are by far superior to the Dunlops. Those were very noisy and unpleasnt...
As for winter, it doesn't seem that you really need them as you have only rain. The tires you listed are for snow and ice. In fact, they are not as good for only wet weather. Therefore, I think you are better off with the original Aero tires as these appear to be most appropriate for your weather.
Regards and good luck (the Aero is a very good car)
