My 1999 9-5 has a shimmy/vibration above 70mph that won't quit. The tires were balanced twice. The dealer then put on new tires (Gislaveds) and the car was perfect for 2 weeks, but started again. The shimmy is worsening so I'm sending it back for another fix. All four tires are set at 31psi on the recommendation of the mechanic so I don't think pressure is the cause. Any ideas?
