Peeling clearcoat on Aero BBS wheel - follow-up.

A couple of weeks ago I dropped my peeling RK-II wheel off at my dealer (Barrier Motors in WA) so that he could show it to the Saab district service manager. Both he and the district parts manager denied the warranty claim, stating that the coating seperation was "due to impact". The local service writer was very apologetic, and could not believe what they said. It is obvious to anyone with more than 3 brain cells that the clear-coat is seperating all around the inside of the rim, not just at the one or two rock strikes. I am worried that the coating is going to peel off the outside of the wheel next. The wheel has never been used during the winter months, and I have kept both sides clean and waxed. The tire has never been dismounted either.
I don't blame the dealer one bit, but I am very unhappy with Saab's response to this issue. This, with other things over the last 2 years, have soured me a little against Saabs. I am not sure that I would buy another.
I intend to to complain strongly to SaabUSA. BBS has its own finish warranty, which I think is 4 years, but I am sure that if I try to get them to replace it, they will tell me that it is Saab's responsibility since the wheels came with the car.
