that you can get your fingers into the access holes in the side rails to install the upper mounting bolts.
At least that how I interpret the installation instructions that can be found in the link I posted.
So if you have fat fingers, or little patience, the Draw-tite installation method probably wouldn't work for you.
Does the Saab hitch use the same mounting holes? I would think so. Or does it require the drilling of holes?
