This includes springs that will lower the car about 1.2" and are firmer, and shocks, as well. If you add the anti-roll bars from an '02 or '03 Aero, your car will feel VERY similar, if not just a tad more firm. Body roll is minimal, and the car is a lot of fun to drive. I would also recommend some 17" wheels/tires if you haven't already done this. These help transmit much more of the road through the steering wheel (not rough by any means). Also, check out the bilsteins, as well. I did not really research these as fully as I should have. However, after driving a relatives '95 M3 w/ Bilsteins, I was very impressed. Hope this helps.
Jim
PS: I failed to mention this, but I've done the above modifications to my '99 9-5 2.3LPT in addition to some others. I love it, and highly recommend it.
