Paul is right on his post, you have to hold the stalk for a few seconds to get the headlamp washers to work. They will not wash again until you pull (and hold) the stalk 5 more times or after 2 minutes whichever comes first. This is so you do not depleat the water supply. Water pressure is what causes them to come out. There is no Tech 2 setting for the washers. They will not work if the water level is too low since the windsheild washers and the headlamp washers draw from the same tank. The windshield has first priority.
