If it's the ECU

The original 99 9-5's came with a bad ecu that caused many people never to want a Saab again. It is unfortunate that these cars are so dependent on good electronics but that is the case with almost all cars these days but especially cars like Saab that are on the cutting edge electronically. I was hoping that maybe Saab had fixed this problem for good, but it appears not. A bad Ecu can make alot of things go wrong so if that is the problem and it gets fixed, maybe you won't feel like this car is such a lemon. I just hope that you have a dealer that is capable of resolving this. Incompetent dealers really make minor problems major ones.
