My 99 9-5se had issues from the day i took delivery[8 28 98],it took over 18 months to get saab to correct it. the problem was that the springs were wound in such a way that they would twist the strut towards the direction of least resistance. they changed the springs with a new replacement part and also did the rear "sound kit" .car is much better, but i still don't drive it much. i like my 92 9ks for the winter months and the huge potholes here in the north east.
