Yes, I had front and rear bars installed. Parts were just shy of $200, took about 1.5 shop hours for my '99 9-5.
I don't notice much (if any) difference in the overall ride, but the roll when cornering is gone in normal driving maneuvers. For regular everyday driving it really really improves the car overall. It just feels more solid and stable. In fact, it handles more like the 2000 Aero I drove while my car was being worked on. (Big surprise, right?) I had a # of people recommend going to 17" wheels to firm up the ride, and I may do that yet, but this seemed like the best and most cost-effective way to get what I was after with my 9-5 for now.
