I still believe the wires are not run, but one more place for you to look:
The rear door speaker wires run through a flexible conduit from the door pillar. Try to see if these wires run upward to the conduit from the floor or downward from the roof. If rear deck speaker wires run to the back, they most certainly run parallel with the door speaker wires. Check under the step plate or above the door, respectively, depending on where the door speaker wires lead you.
