Thank you for your response.
You certainly come with strong references (many kudos on this board), so I do believe you'll do your best to make things right.
I do question your statement regarding the quality of your service department. Its obvious from the board that some people have had bad experiences. To take my car for a full day, change a 50cent 0 ring and proclaim the car "fixed" despite the obvious persistence of the problem is not consistent with great service. And if service is so great, how is it that your technician denies me a scheduled service I am due. Don't they even teach these guy the basics of SAAB service policy?
But I'm willing to let bygones be exactly that. Take care of my car and you will have a loyal customer. However, if I get burned again, I won't be back.
I will call you directly on Monday (tomorrow) and see if we can't get this resolved.
For the sake of honesty, I wasn't really shopping for a new car. However, an invitation to sit in the car, maybe a test drive, a little soft sell and ego stroking, and you might have gotten me thinking...
