They take regular paint and add a "flex additive" so that it will ... er ... flex. Problem is the extent to which the flex additive affects "pot life." It's not like regular paint, where you might have the option of using a "hardener" (catalyst to speed up the drying) if you're spraying right now, or not add the hardener if you're making a spray can.
Well, after that long-winded non-explanation, the best advice is to go to a body shop paint and supply store and ask them. For calibration ... a quart (smallest quantity readily available)of "Dupont Centari" cherry red (paint code 127H) can be mixed and loaded into 3 spray cans for about $45.
If you're willing to accept some big compromise in appearance, you might get away with an off the shelf "silver bumper and trim paint" if they exist.
