Many are getting the EBC 'Green Stuff' pads for:
longer rotor life
much less dust
better braking performance
For the expensive larger Viggen and Aero rotors, some replace the OEM pads when new to save the rotors.
tirerack.com and genuinesaab.com can supply these pads
Tirerack will probably ship the pads separate from any rotor purchase. So you don't typically see any shipping savings by getting both from them.
The EBC pads need to be bedded in quite agressively! No, any instructions that you get from EBC are not of any value. You have to burn them in and compact the pad surfaces. Seek more detail.
