I took a chance and replaced the OEM MXV4's on my '99 9-5 with Nokian NRV's (also upgraded to 225/45-17). I say "took a chance" because I couldn't find much info on these tires at all. But the dealer said that I could try them for a month and exchange them for something else if I wasn't happy, so I figured I didn't have anything to lose.
Bottom line... these tires are f***ing amazing. The previous handling limits of the car are a distant memory. These things stick like glue and I haven't heard a squeal out of them yet. I haven't had too much opportunity to try them in the wet so far (I've only had them for about 1,000km. ) As a bonus, they're super quiet (much quieter than the OEM MIchelins), have a relatively high treadwear rating, and were substantially less expensive than any other Ultra High Performance tired I considered (CDN$205 per tire.)
Based on my experience so far, I highly recommend them.
