I just checked out the TL on Acura's website - that thing looks like an Accord. If you're MRSP, then the Acura TL will definitely beat the Saab 9-5; however, have you heard of ANYONE paying MSRP on a 9-5 lately. You could probably get a good deal on 03 leftovers right now. If you're really concerned over price, look at off-lease used 9-5's (I did). If you pick up a Saab CPO vehicle from a dealership you should be paying something in the high teens and still have a vehicle with another 3 years of full bumper2bumper warantee left. And with the $ you saved you could probably buy yourself a nice boat. If you prefer to buy brand new, then Acura will probably beat the price, but then again you have to drive an Acura to work every day. I've been driving my Aero (paid 22k) for over 3 months and I am extremely satisfied with it.
Good Luck,
Kevin
p.s. how does the Acura's handling compare to the Saab? I haven't driven a non-Aero 9-5, but I'd imagine all 9-5's would be much more fun to drive than the Honda.
