Hi,
I drove my Toyota Corolla for 10 years and loved it. Last year, I bought a 2002 Aero which has about 14,000 miles now with no problems. A big step up, I know. There are lots of reasons why I bought the Aero. Reliability was one of my top concerns. CR and JD Powers will attest to the reliability. You will end up paying more for your repairs and maintenance over time with a Saab than a Toyota, but the cost will sure make up for all the thrills of owning a 9-5. Another reason I chose the Aero was the fun factor of driving to work. There is not a day I don't enjoy the ride!
By the way, I still have my Corolla with 130 miles on it if you are not convinced and want to buy reliability. It's still going strong!
Good luck!
