I tried Starford's guidance but am striking out:

"I used the drain cock to empty the radiator every time. I found that it's easy to open/close, and has a positive 'snap' when closed so you know you've got it. Reaching straight down the radiator at the top hose (driver's side) puts the drain cock at hand when my arm was a little more that elbow deep."

I can't find the darned thing.

Can anyone help me out?
Is it on the bottom of radiator? Front or rear? Left or right side?
Reach it from top or bottom of car?
Any guidance would be most appreciated!
