Did this with a silver bumper last year. The main scrape was about 2 x 30 mm. I used the SAAB touch up paint. Is it perfect? No, on close inspection I can see that the texture of the touch up is different from the silky smooth factory job.
My wife's Volvo had a much more scuffed bumper. She had that resprayed. It looked like new for a while and then got scuffed again. IMHO, the touch up only works for very small scuffs. A respray is the way to go, but is it worth it, becasue if will scuff again - unless there is Stongard for bumpers!
