real car a 5-sp 9K Aero and one not so real 9-5 Aero in auto form for wife.
I drive both cars often, in long trips, I very much prefer the 9-5. The 9K with the 5-sp is more like a wild horse, it bounces and darts on every piece of rough road. The 9-5 is a much smoother and quieter ride.
Initially, I prefer the bigger 9K Aero seats but now I think I like the 9-5 Aero seats better, a tighter fit, except for the leather seems to be easily stretched out of shape.
I went to take a look at the TL as I used to own an Acura. The TL in typical Honda fashion is very well made inside and out. Yes, it is a bit generic looking but distinctive enough. I agree with Lou that it is going to be very popula as in the prior TL, everyone in that segment would probably look at it.
Of the Japanese manufacturers, I have to give credit to Honda in turning out car interiors much better than average at various price segments. As in the past, a Honda may not be the fastest, nor biggest, nor most luxurious... but it always has a nice complete package at a reasonable price.
