My first set of new brake pads were from the dealer and covered under warrenty at 48k because of a cut brake boot that allowed dirt into the system. The fix was a new boot and new pads on the front. Immediately following this procedure my car began to 'howl' in reverse. I took it back to the dealer and they eliminated the howl with a spray( so they said ) -took all of 5 minutes. At 85k I got new brakes all around and they howl. I applied some brake cleaner to the howlers and they still do it. Just wondering what this magic anti-howl spray was the dealer applied.
Any Ideas?
