THESE INCREDIBLE PRODUCTS BY NOKIAN!!!
Just got a chance to try out my new Nokian Hakka WR's on my 2003 Aero. We have about 5-7" of snow on the ground out here in Denver right now and I'm still in absolute awe. From going nowhere last year in the snow with the stock Michelen Pilots...to feeling 100% confident and comfy going 50-60mph with the Nokians. I literally was trying to lose control to a point, not dumping the clutch or flooring it by any means, but just a 'little extra'. I do have to say, it took a lot. I am so damn impressed at this point that I want to go back out and drive around...it's just the others on the roads I'm worried about. My wife who I usually call Ms. Whiteknuckle, was even calm as can be. I thought my 1994 Volvo 850 was good in the snow...that car has NOTHING on the way this performs. I'm so glad i didn't just get a 100% snow tire...as these WR's have a 50k tread warranty, and 'H' speed rating. Great on dry, great on wet, and absolutely amazing on snow.
On previous cars I've had Gislaved, Good Year, Blizzak...and although they were good, there's absolutely no comparison. I think I'm sold on them in general, and once my Pilots wear out...i'm just going to get another set of Nokian.
So my review: 10/10...they are perfect!
Anyone looking for snow tires...don't even think twice...go Nokian.
Regards!
