Personally, I'd probably stay w/the 195-65 size for snow tires. It depends on how much "winter" you get.
Be aware that the 205-65-15 size is a bit taller than any of Saab's recommended tires, and I'm not sure about clearance. (But it's not quite as tall as the one I'd like to get on)

The narrower tire will be better in the snow, with less rolling resistance and more weight on the footprint when you may need it.
The wider tire will give you a larger footprint which may handle a bit better otherwise.
This week I've got to do something about winter tires, too. I'm trying to see if I can squeeze 205-60-16's on the car. That would give me a bit of additional protection from rim damage, and the 60 series tires run about $25/ea cheaper than the 55 series to boot.
