Help!! Wop-wop-wop sound

My 2001 9-5 Aero began developing a wop-wop-wop sound seemingly coming from the wheels or tires. (The tires are about 3 months old.) The sound is louder at slow speeds and occurs even when I'm not braking. I took it into a local tire shop (no geniuses there) and they discovered that two of my wheels (the 2-piece BBS RKII's) were bent. So I just went ahead and put on a new set of Moda wheels. One problem: The wop is still there! Any ideas what it might be? Cupped tires? A suspension problem? Thanks!
