Either from your dealer or from an on-line source like eeuroparts.com or saabparatsdirect.com of genuinesaab.com. There's only one size. You don't need a new one very often, just if the head looks like it's getting bunged, which having a new one in the basement tends to prevent ;-). What you do need is a new washer. There's two kinds - one is the traditional copper washer and the other is a rubber sandwiched between steel, with a little lip on the inside diameter that forms the seal. Best practice is to replace the washer with each oil change. Confidentially, I don't. The copper kind crushes a little with each installation, getting progressively thinner and larger in diameter. (copper is very ductile, so cracking isn't an issue). When the washer seems too loose and sloppy on the bolt, I replace it. As for the rubber kind, I look closely at the sealing lip. If it looks damaged, I'd replace it. I've only ever used the rubber kind on Ms. Jessica's '86 900, and then only because that's what was on it when I acquired the car.
