I have a more conservative Hazelnut Aero which I think looks great, but best friend has aLaser or( yes officer,I believe that you are correct)Red Linear,and I would take Laser in a heartbeat. When cleanand polished up, it is unmatched for cool,and in general,red is a popular car color,so I don't agree with others that say your resale will suffer that much,besdies,you are buying it new for yourself.Those who buy used cars take what they can get,if you buy new, get the color you want. Also,contrary to what you indicated,the vast majority of Saabs that enter this country are not "painted to order" but painted to what the dealers ordered. Dealers place their orders for most of the year's inventory when the new models are announced,and they then trade amongst themselves to move iron every month. when there is a dog color,like that yukky green/blue that is new this year,or last year's Dolphin Gray( primer gray) or the green that looks black( forgot the name)that is when youwill see an abundance of that color onthe lot. I believe that lots of 9-5's are in this coountry in Laser Red. I see a lot up here in New England.
