Serpentine belt tip--middle pulley install

Did the belt today on my 2.3l.
An installation tip on the frustrating middle idler pulley:
1)hang the inner washer on the boss that sticks out from the engine block casting.
2)assemble the bolt, the outer washer, and the pulley in the correct order
3) put masking tape in an x pattern across the outside of the pulley so it keeps the bolt in place.
4) put the whole thing in as a unit, line it up, and give the pulley a few turns. As long as the tape sticks, it'll turn the bolt in enough to hold it 'till you get a wrench on it. then just pull off the tape and wrench it home.
