'02 Aero wagon here. Make sure you're blowing out of the dash vents solely, and turn off the rear seat vents if nobody is back there. Also, I've found that if you feel the air flow is a bit weak from the dash vents, divert the air to the floor setting for a 30 secs to a minute, and then switch back to the dash vents. Recirc button also helps. There are times I've felt mine was weak, but between these tricks, I usually become satisfied.
