2 DI in less than a year.....who do I talk to?

Argh, lost power in my '01 Aero during a thunderstorm last night, had to get towed (still under warranty, thankfully) - DI failed. This is the second one to go within the last 10 months - and the car has only 36K miles on it.
My wife was looking at Saab wagons - but after this she's suggested that I sell this car and get something more reliable. She has a point - how can Saab *not* fix this problem? She was with me last time - doing 70 in the passing lane on the Mass Pike during rush hour when we lost power--and just barely made it over to the breakdown lane.
You've heard all this before. But I feel the need to push the folks at Saab on this - why haven't they addressed this, either thru redesigning the damn DI, or some other corrective measure?
Who do I talk to? Suggestions???
