Addon Warranty worthwhile on a 2001 9-5?

I am completing a 3 yr lease on my 9-5 and will be purchasing it with 31k miles on it. Dealer has made me a great deal at $1000 less than lease residual. He has offered a 6year, 100k mile addon warranty for $1400, with 100% coverage, except tires, brakes, bulbs etc. (ie it adds 3years to warranty, 100k total miles). Car had been great while I have had it, dealer has been very responsive for a few warranty issues I have had. Have done all recommended factory service, at the dealer.
Question - is the addon warranty at $1400 a worthwhile propostion? What is the consensus on what problems I am likely to see over the next 3 years. I suspect I will only be at 70-75k miles by then.
Thanks for any opinions.
