and currently broken & in the shop [dealership]. Just counted..the car has been in the shop 12 times in the last 29 months; so that's 12 loaner cars I've had over a little over 2 years...wow. Absolutely love my car but many little things wrong.

Nothing had to do with the V6 though-- except maybe this time, still dunno why it broke- it died on me and was towed last Wednesday morning. Still in the shop and still driving an '04 Linear wagon loaner. Really want my sedan back.

Not sure if you're seeking advice on purchasing or just curious about mileage on V6s in general, but overall I think they're good solid safe cars albeit lots of little problems (or at least in my case). If you're purchasing, definately get an extended warranty!! Looks like mine will already be paying off, and that's only 723 miles outside of bumper to bumper coverage from SAAB.

Good luck whatever the case..
