Finally, I bought a certified 9-5 Aero yesterday. The car is not as "rush" as my old 9-3 but it seems to be more refined and stable. I just have some questions:
1. My car is a steel grey car and I got a set of touch-up paint from the dealer (the set has a base color pen and a clear coat pen). The base color is quiet different from the color on the car. It is more a black paint color. I put the base color on the car first, let it dry, and then put the clear coat on it. The color is still kind of black. I wonder if I got the right paints (it said steel grey) or I need to mix them.
2. I came from a base 9-3. It's an automatic and didn't have ACC. The 9-5 Aero seems to have way more noises from the turbo and ACC. I expected the bigger turbo would be noisier but I am not sure if the ACC should be that noisy.
3. I did not notice much power difference between the 9-3 base and the 9-5 Aero. I just found the Aero is a little bit quicker but not much. Maybe I didn't drive it hard ?
4. Some people said the ride from the 17" tires and wheels could be harsh. Will it create problems to the suspensions ? Is it due to the size of the wheels ? There are some potholes in my area. If I put a different set of 17" tires (maybe less performance oriented) on the same wheels, is it going to be better on the ride ? Do I really the 16" tires and wheels ?
5. I couldn't find the air filter. The owner's manual didn't mention it either. Where can I find it ?
6. Some said the 9-5 came with cornering lights but I didn't see any. Where are they located ?
7. Do the side mirrors have automatic dimming function too ?
Thanks.
