The minimum thickness is stamped on the disc, it can just about be seen without removing the wheels, but in the UK its 22mm.
OE discs are stamped GM/ATE although ATE are now selling the discs as ATE Originals (at about 2/3rds the price of ATE SAAB units in the UK, £90 against £120 per pair).
