Speedometer calibration

I notice that at highway speeds, I seem to be going a little slower than my speedometer indicates. I had asked me dealer to check it, but I don't think he did.
Today I passed one of those speed checking radar displays that my town has, and it looks like my speedometer registers about 10% higher than actual. I had a '97 900 SE before, and that car's speedometer agreed exactly with the radar display.
I now have a 2000 Aero with the two piece BBS wheels. Can the different wheels cause an error? Can the speedometer be re-calibrated? Thanks for any help.
